Heritage learners prove themselves in national and international competitions
Victory at World Scholar’s Cup, Global Round
It started in the summer, when the Heritage International School team traveled to Barcelona, representing the school and the country at World Scholar’s Cup, Global Round, for the first time!

After the Regional Round of WSC, hosted in March by Heritage, attended by students from Moldovan schools, our team qualified for the Global Round, where they competed with representatives from other countries. The 2018 event was the most diverse in the history of the competition, with participants from 57 countries.
Nicu Crivoi, Bandars Jamous and Tomas Barcar were the three Heritage students who represented us at the World Scholar's Cup. And they brought victory – a gold medal and four silver medals!
Heritage International School has already begun preparations to host the next edition of the World Scholar's Cup – a bigger event with more participants and more fun for students.
Best Heritage readers, awarded in Hungary
Even during the autumn break Heritage students continued to strive for memorable moments and remarkable successes. Our best readers enthusiastically participated in an international project of Romanian language and literature. At the 15th edition of “THE PUBLIC LECTURIADA for JUNIORS and SENIORS", held in Hajduszoboszlo, Hungary, readers competed to show that reading improves their vocabulary, imagination, creativity and critical thinking.

Heritage students have achieved performances in the contests: “Best Reader of the Project" – a high title awarded to the 7th grade student Loredana Sandu, “The Contest of Historians and Geographers”, “Literary Calendars Contest”, “Literary Quiz”. The Heritage teams performance brought them the II and III places.
We wish the winners to have many beautiful readings, that form them and open up new horizons.
